How to get married in New York City (the simple version*)

*The simple version is made easy when you happen to live in Brooklyn.

Take one beautiful bride: Britt

A groom: Me!

Cordially invite:

A best man/page boy/son: Oliver

(A little unorthodox perhaps, but it worked for us)

A bridesmaid/witness/photographer/friend: Rachel

Take a taxi to NYC City Hall. (make sure you've done the necessary paper work first)

Hang around for a while with interesting people from around the world.

Both say "I do!"

You are now man and wife.

Take a taxi back to Brooklyn for a pub lunch of burger, fries and a celebratory pint of ale.
